Twins For Sure


One of my friends has a sheep dog who has fallen for me. At 6 years of age, Harriet thinks she’s a lap puppy despite her 85 pounds of girth. 

She sits by my chair with eyes that beg for an invitation to come up. Sometimes (most times) she hops up without an invite!



I think Harriet and I have a lot in common. The hair color gives it away. Twins for sure!


If you want a well-behaved grown up dog, don’t get a sheep dog!  

If you don’t mind an 85-pound “puppy” planting her butt on your lap and blocking your view of the TV all night, a sheep dog just might be for you.
