Good Morning, Thank you for your nice comment on my blog today. I love your post this morning. I'm anxious to visit and read more-I like what I see. I have been off gluten now for four years, don't do much with grains except sometimes a piece of g.f. bread. I do need to cut back more though. I have watched Dr. Oz and like his advice, but have found I need to be careful with the supplements he recommends. Hope you have a peaceful day.
